I have a particular interest in workplace culture, staff wellbeing, engagement, development and opportunity. I believe that everyone should enjoy a happy work life and enjoy a healthy work/life balance. I believe that coaching is a great way to help achieve this and is a fantastic learning intervention that can support individuals in a variety of workplace situations. It is a non-directive intervention which can focus on particular goals, or help with an ongoing communication style. It allows for self-reflection in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

I am a qualified coach and a current member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), as well as having student membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). My experience is mainly in the area of career development, change, developing effective relationships, improving communication amongst teams and individuals as well as support for new managers and confidence building. I am passionate about helping people to reach their own personal goals (particularly in the workplace), and use a variety of tools and techniques all tailored to the individual and their own personal requirements. I feel it is very important for people to have the dedicated time and space to talk and reflect in a safe environment.
